Please subscribe, share and like to support our video ^_^ Thank you *we use metric system *Korean Subtitle is Available *Indonesian Subtitle is Available Follow our IG: https://instagram.com/uri_taste?igshid=15wgew0zaxf9s #mangodessert #cafedessert #puddingrecipe #mangopudding #sweetdessert #fruitpudding Results: 2 cups @350ml 1st layer: 2gr plain jelly powder 100gr mango 150gr milk 25gr sugar 2nd layer: 100gr mango cubes 2gr plain jelly powder 150ml water 50gr sugar 3rd layer: 2gr plain jelly powder 150ml plain milk 50gr sugar Additional: 20-50gr manggo (cube shape) for topping Pudding 1st Step: 1 Blend the mango to form a smooth puree. 2 Bring all ingredients in a pan to a boil. 3 Pour the mixture into 2 cup of glasses 4 Chill for at least 5 to 10minutes until the pudding is set 2nd step: 1 Bring all ingredients in a pan to a boil. 2 Place some mango cubes in the molds (Get some nice looking glassware for pudding.) 3 Fill up the molds with the mixture. 4 Use the tip of a folded kitchen tissue to break the bubbles, if there are. 5 chill for at least 5 to 10 minutes until the pudding is set. 3rd step: 1 Bring all ingredients in a pan to a boil. 2 Pour the mixture into 2 cup of glasses for the last layer 3 chill for at least 5 to 10 minutes until the pudding is set. Final Touch: Before you serve, Add more mango cubes on the surface. Decorate with fresh mint leaves (optional). How to be served: Keep the pudding in the refrigerator before serving.
