Seven is a magical number for one of Bel-Air's priciest spec homes. The glass and marble palace located at 777 Sarbonne Road in Los Angeles hit the market last month with an asking price of $87,777,777. The triple sevens in both its address and its price tag are just the beginning. Many of the home's architectural details were designed in measurements that are multiples of seven. He had a house built in Bolton Ma for a couple mil and went to his neighbor in front of him and gave him a million bucks to buy his house, level it and have it landscaped and setup so he had perfect views of the mountains and city lights. Imagine someone offering you a mil for a house probably only worth 5-600k and JUST to knock it down and plant trees there🤣 ... 8

@SeekoGT3 years ago This was a very expensive mistake. The developer is going to regret not selling for the offered price 7 years ago. At this level, I don't even think this is builder grade quality. Cabinets and doors are suppose to be soft close and actually work on command and The finishes should have been a bit more than drywall. The cheesy art and "creative" lighting isn't doing it any favors either. I feel like this entire tour was satire and poking fun at the house. Sheesh! Good luck... ... 76
