Non-vegetarians Rejoice! Have some finger licking good North Indian Chicken Masala! This Chicken Masala recipe is very simple. It needs no overnight marination, no yogurt or cream. It tastes so delicious, moderately spicy and flavorful, as served in restaurants. It goes great with Roti, Naan, Parantha or Rice. Chicken Masala can be prepared to a dry, semi dry or gravy dish. I have made it to a semi dry dish. If you prefer dry, then simply evaporate the excess water until the masala clings on to the chicken well. If you like more gravy, then add 2 cups of water once the chicken is half cooked and then cook it on low flame till it's cooked completely. You can also add cashew/ coconut paste to get a rich gravy. Bon appetit!!!!
