Especially the one dished out at Subbanna Mirchi Masala, a tiny shop that has stood the test of time for over seven decades now. I catch up with the locals, and also the friendly owners, brothers, Subbanna and Srikanth, whose grandfather began the Subbanna mirchi mandakki tradition!
