IDLI RAVA PONGAL IN INSTANT POT Email : busy3bees3@gmail.com Recipe : Ingredients : Idli Rava - 1 cup ( use only Idli Rava Flour )Don’t use idli cream of rice ) Moong dal - 1 /2 cup Water - 3 cups Ghee - 3 Tablespoons Cumin seeds - 1 Teaspoon Ginger - 1 Tablespoon Green Chillies - 3 ( slit ) Peppercorns (or) Crushed Black Pepper - 1 teaspoon Asafoetida - 1/4 teaspoon (hing )(optional) Cashews Curry leaves Procedure : 1. Wash Idli Rava and moong dal and keep aside 2. on Saute Mode Add : Ghee  Cumin seeds Ginger  Green Chillies Peppercorns (or) Crushed Black Pepper Asafoetida  Curry leaves Saute till cashews turn light golden color. Add : Rice &  Moong dal  water - 3 cups salt Mix Well and Adjust salt cancel saute mode. 3. close & Seal. 4. Time set : Manual ( or) Pressure Cook - 3 minutes Pressure - HIGH Release : Natural Release (or) Release after 10 minutes Open lid and mix well.
