Ingredients
Fish head - 150 gm (cleaned well)
Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Shallots (Small onion) – 6 to 10
Green chillies – 2 ( split lengthwise )
2 sprig curry leaves
Tamarind extract – ½ cup
Coconut – ½
Grind together Coconut, shallots, chilli powder, turmeric powder and the tamarind extract in to a coarse paste.
Transfer the grounded masala to a vessel.
Add salt, green chilies and curry leaves.
Add the cleaned fish head. Adjust water
Place it in the stove and cook till the fish is done
Enjoy with Rice and kappa
