Subscribe If You Dare @disasterstories Steve Irwin was born on February 22, 1962, in Essendon, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. He grew up on a wildlife park owned by his parents, where he developed a passion for animals that would define his life's work. Despite lacking a formal scientific degree, Irwin became a world-renowned wildlife expert and entertainer, best known for his TV series The Crocodile Hunter and other nature programs. His upbringing on the wildlife park provided him with a strong foundation in animal care and handling, which he honed under the guidance of his father, who taught him how to catch and manage crocodiles. Irwin's popularity as a TV personality and wildlife enthusiast spawned a range of merchandise tie-ins, making him a household name. Sadly, on September 4, 2006, During a diving expedition off the coast of Port Douglas in Queensland, Australia, Steve Irwin was filming a documentary titled "Ocean's Deadliest" when he was fatally struck in the chest by a stingray. His remarkable life and career were brought to an abrupt end as a result of the tragic accident. #crocodilehunter #steveirwin #stingray SUBSCRIBE: @disasterstories Watch next: Jay Briscoe's car accident: /watch/cQ1v9hHLiGcLv Ken Block's snowmobile accident: /watch/A7BBLljHxxsHB Jeremy Renner snowplow accident: /watch/g124pUGeAEqe4 Tahquitz rock accident: /watch/kXwOAOv5Nb15O Vegan climber Atanas Skatov: /watch/4hFGDUmQ640QG Marc Leclerc mountain climbing accident: /watch/cXb1M7A8ZcX81 Music by: CO.AG /channel/UCcavSftXHgxLBWwLDm_bNvA 💼 Business Inquiries and Contact • For business inquiries, copyright matters or other inquiries please contact us at: info.caveexploring@gmail.com ❓ Copyright Questions • If you have any copyright questions or issues you can contact us at info.caveexploring@gmail.com ⚠️ Copyright Disclaimers • We use images and content in accordance with the YouTube Fair Use copyright guidelines • Section 107 of the U.S. Copyright Act states: “Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 106 and 106A, the fair use of a copyrighted work, including such use by reproduction in copies or phonorecords or by any other means specified by that section, for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of copyright.” • This video could contain certain copyrighted video clips, pictures, or photographs that were not specifically authorized to be used by the copyright holder(s), but which we believe in good faith are protected by federal law and the fair use doctrine for one or more of the reasons noted above.
