Lemon Idiyappam is a light, delicious breakfast dish. Usually idiyappam is served with stew, or coconut milk. Idiyappam can be used to make a lot of variety dishes. This is one of them. Easy to make.

Ingredients:
Idiyappam - 5
Mustard seeds - ½ tsp
Urad dal - ½ tsp
Ginger - 1 inch
Green chilli - 2
Curry leaves - few
Cashew nuts - few
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Lemon - 1 tbsp
Method:
Prepare the idiyappam. Let it cool. Break it into small pieces using hands. Heat a pan, add 1 tbsp of sesame oil, add mustard seeds, urad dal, ginger, green chillies, curry leaves, cashew nuts, turmeric powder and mix everything. Add the idiyappam, salt and mix with the tempering. Switch off the flame, add the lemon juice and give it a good mix. Lemon idiyappam is now ready.
