Loss and damage research highlighted at Cop26

#COP26 delegate @InezaGrrace co director of the Loss and Damage Youth Coalition is frustrated at the failure of the Warsaw International Mechanism can calls for 3 outcomes: (1) Provide sufficient and need based finance for loss and damage (2) a process to identify the scale of funding needed to address loss and damage and (3) support developing countries with a system to distribute loss and damage finance to the communities that need it most.
