@farrandswit10 months agoBig fan of this movement. There is going to be a ton of GMTs with it this year and next. These two have such awesome colors. Great overview as always Chris. 4

@danbrown78579 months agoNice review, Chris, and much appreciated. I ordered the black dial with date/no triangle. Good to see another review. I understand changing the date is more involved than a quick-set date complication, but I’m sure I’ll get used to it. And I don’t mind a bit of ‘play’ in the bezel as long as it isn’t misaligned at the 12 o’clock position. I totally agree that Borealis’s two payment model should be better explained up front on their website. I suspect they’ve heard a lot of similar feedback about this and perhaps they will change this pricing model in the future. Anyway, I can’t wait to receive mine. Talk about one watch that can conceivably do it all!👍🏼👏🏼🙂 ...1

@BAF60510 months agoSince I'm in UK it made sense for me to buy the recently released Smiths 9075 GMT from Timefactors. The Borealis looks good value but by years end I'm sure there will be a plethora of affordable traveller GMTs to choose from. ...1

@enmovimiento376610 months agoHey Chris cool models 👍 and i had same experience as you with Borealis, they never ask me to say anything or sign anything neither. 1

@Great-Scott10 months agoI have several from Borealis, and they do a pretty good job on their pieces. This one looks good. Regarding the bezel play, really not a significant issue on a 24-hour bezel, right? 1

@Backtoreality4u10 months agoI like the look of GMT's but unfortunately i have no use for them. 2

@mvm0068 months agoOn the contrary, I love the two payments option. That´s the reason I can afford them.

@BoozewithNick10 months agoLove the 9075 at that price, but the color schemes need to be more carefully considered. Seriously. 1

@DarthPlaya7 months agoI agree that seems like a bit much of loose bezel, but when you stop and think about it, it's a GMT not a diver. Is it really as important for a GMT's bezel to be bank vault tight? There's only 24 hour positions the bezel needs to land on. IMHO a little wiggle shouldn't make enough of a difference to ding the bezel action for in a review, since we're talking about a GMT. ...

@MrKumbayah9 months agoA very nice design and im sure if Omega released these it will fly off the shelf like Hotcakes even tho the only thing differentiating them would be the movement and finishing Omega will sell it for 10x the price 😂 1

@spikefcast189210 months agoI dislike the way they tell the price on their website… » 275€ » but you have to understand it’s the double in fact. Strange way… quite still good price with 9075 but I keep my zelos spearfish gmt with the sw330-2 and my helson sharkmaster 300. Some maybe will appreciate the bracelet and the colors…not me 😢 pass. ...2

@tedblack241510 months agoThey generally produce a quality piece , like yourself i'm against the 50% payment thing but good value for the movement & nice looking but gmt's aint my thing really.

@nakke310 months agoThe melon is a bit of a homage to Axios Flagship (my most used watch) only not as nice disign with the huge triangle at 12 and slightly worse bracelet. Same pricepoint and specs. The otherone has nicer design.

@XjohnjohnX8810 months agoA bit (too?) expensive for an hommage imho. But it has better dimensions than their diver (for me).

@jberry197910 months agoAm I crazy or this watch now $250 with readily available 15% off codes??? Am I missing something? These seem too cheap. 2
