Evidence - EVP Recording and Camera Audio Disruption

Camera #15 in the house seems to have the strangest activity. When I monitor this room I almost always feel sick soon after. I have seen shadows and heard many noises. I have enhanced the audio recorded so you can hear this ominous tone and disruption I have captured along with a voice that is talking or maybe coughing? Something is very wrong in this room. This is a recording of an EVP(Electronic Voice Phenomena) from one of the IP cameras I have hacked in the unknown home.
